The Alders at Great Oldbury is a new development, forming part of the master scheme at Great Oldbury in Gloucester. The Heritage range of buildings is in close proximity to plentiful amenities and a good selection of schools.

Brief

In March 2024, we successfully completed the firestopping works for “The Alders” in Gloucester for Redrow Homes. The apartments and communal areas were fire stopped using Quelfire standard details. 

Execution

The block of apartments took 1 month to complete and our operatives worked hard to meet the programme deadlines.

Partnerships

Our experienced site managers used their knowledge of Quelfire products to ensure the correct details were installed on site. All our installations were recorded on Bolster Systems to ensure a full report of all works could be issued to the Main Contractor upon completion.
