OCS worked alongside St Modwen Homes to construct a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes alongside various 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The properties are situated within an open green space, located in Weston-super-Mare.

Brief

The phase OCS worked alongside St Modwen Homes when drylining and plastering each property, comprised of 145 homes and 59 apartments across 5 blocks.  

Execution

Working alongside St Modwen Homes and around 15 other operative through to the projects  completion, we works with SIG and Encon who supplied the majority of the materials required to complete the project. The project was delivered over the span of 186 weeks, where we worked alongside St Modwen Homes and various trades throughout this process.
