ODS & OFS are proud to have contributed to the successful delivery of the Millwrights Place and Coopers Court residential development at Finzels Reach in Bristol. Completed in 2024, the former Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters site transformed into a vibrant community space.
Brief
Our scope of work included Internal Lightweight Partitioning, Drylining, Finishing, and the installation of Suspended Secondary Ceilings across both residential buildings. The brief required us to provide durable, high-performance solutions that aligned with the project’s sustainability goals while the Fire Stopping teams ensured acoustic integrity, fire resistance, and a premium finish throughout.
Execution
Working to a tight programme, we collaborated closely with the wider project team to deliver a seamless and efficient installation, contributing to the creation of modern, comfortable homes for future residents.
