Optimum Drywall Systems are pleased to announce 2 significant new wins in Bristol for main contractor Galliford Try.
The first for Galliford Try Partnership West is Temple Quay ND6&7, a residential led, mixed use city centre development, comprising 376 apartments over 2-blocks. Temple Quay is located on a brownfield site within the Temple Quay Enterprise Zone, one of the UK’s largest urban regeneration projects. The Optimum Drywall contract exceeds 4-million in value, over an 18-month programme of internal works, including dry-lining and ceilings.
The second significant win is for Galliford Try Construction. We have secured the second phase at Redcliffe Quarter 2, this 400k contract spans a 5-month programme, installing Metsec SFS.
