Optimum Welcomes Darren Gregory as Quality Assurance Manager

Optimum is delighted to announce the appointment of Darren Gregory as Quality Assurance Manager, strengthening the business’s commitment to quality, consistency and operational excellence across all divisions.

Background and experience

Darren joins Optimum from British Gypsum, a world leader in the drywall industry, where he built a strong technical foundation over eight years. He spent five years in the Academy team, developing and delivering training programmes for professionals across the sector, before progressing to the role of Technical Manager for a further three years.

That combination of hands-on technical knowledge and experience in training and standards makes him well placed to lead a function where clarity, consistency and attention to detail are everything.

The role at Optimum

As Quality Assurance Manager, Darren will oversee Optimum’s Quality Assurance function, working alongside site and commercial teams to ensure the business continues to deliver the high standards of service and finish that clients expect.

As Optimum continues to grow, his expertise will play an important role in strengthening internal processes, supporting teams on the ground, and embedding a consistent approach to quality across the business.
