A Great Start to 2020!

Optimum Group has secured another major project in South Wales.

True Swansea (Morfa Road) is a £34million, 706-bedroom, purpose-built student accommodation project for client Create Construction.

This £5million project is the fourth for Create and the second in Swansea in the last two years.

Optimum’s Drywall Division is supplying a range of services including Internal Lightweight Partitions, Drylining, Finishing, Suspended Secondary Ceilings and SFS. This 46-week programme will see a site-team of around 80 and will be led by Jason Birkett (Operations Manager) and Richard Bond (Senior Site Manager)
