Fire Stopping Win Factory No. 1

The team at Optimum Fire Stopping are pleased to announce a significant new win for client City & Country.

Factory No.1 is a city centre development comprising of 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments converted from former factory buildings and new build apartment blocks.

Factory No.1 was the first tobacco factory of W.D and H.O Wills and is an iconic local landmark.
